FabTime Bottom Line Cycle Time Benefits Calculator
The FabTime Bottom Line Cycle Time Benefits Calculator is an Excel-based tool for
estimating the financial benefits of cycle time
management. This spreadsheet is described in detail in
Issue 3.5 of the FabTime Cycle
Time Management Newsletter. It is a more comprehensive
tool than our previous Cycle Time Benefit Calculator,
which focused on only one of the benefits of cycle time
improvement. Please feel free to
use this spreadsheet, and to pass it along to others -- we
only ask that you attribute the source, and maintain our
copyright notice!
You can download the spreadsheet by clicking on
the link below. This will usually (depending on your
system) open the Excel file from within your browser. You
can then use the File | SaveAs command to save it to your
hard drive. Alternatively, to save the file without
opening it first, right-click on the hyperlink, and select
Save Target As from the pop-up menu. The file is not
password protected. If you get a prompt for username and
password (which might happen due to your company’s proxy
server settings), just use the form on our
Contact Us page to ask us to send you a copy directly.
