The Shepherd - Dashboard Charts

On a daily basis, the Shepherd monitors fab inactive performance through a series of summary charts (or dashboard charts) like the charts below.

Inactive trend chart, all non-hold lots in queue more than 12 hours Inactive trend chart, engineering lots only
Current inactives by area/module Current inactives by tool-group
Inactive lot list (all lots in queue more than 12 hours) Inactive lot list, engineering lots only
