The Traffic Cop - Dashboard Charts

On a daily basis, the Traffic Cop monitors fab performance through a series of summary charts (or dashboard charts) like the charts below.

Starts by day for current week Moves by day for current week (projected during current day)
Turns by day for current production week Total factory WIP and inventory age by day
Scrapped wafers per day Wafer throughput per day
Factory cycle time for lots shipped each day (shown as queue vs. process time) Factory summed operation cycle time (operation cycle times extrapolated to factory level)
